Our spirit slowly develops in freshly emptied American White Oak ex-bourbon barrels; nurtured and protected from the island elements before its finish in Aged Amoroso Sherry butts.

This deep amber gold whisky reveals aromas of pear, fudge and lemon cheesecake with an intriguing palate of tropical fruits and almond fruit cake.
