This spirit is matured in American White Oak ex bourbon barrels; before being finishes in ex-peated malt casks. The strength of character is acquired over time and a sweet island smoke is revealed in this dark amber autumn gold spirit.

Honeyed chocolate, coffee mousse, soft creamy toffee, lemon curd, lime marmalade, ginger cake, salted peat smoke.
Taste
Turkish delight, fig syrup, tropical fruit salad, caramel, oranges, roast coffee beans, maple syrup and dark chocolate.
